We have 2 our own factories,one is in Zhejiang Province,the other one is in Guangdong Province.

Factory 1- in Zhejiang  

There are 14 production lines include both dry and wet,and with Comprehensive facilities and post-finishing machines,also we have the most complete industrial chain in China.Major in the production of high class microfiber pu and PU synthetic leathers.

We’re the first one in the industry to import ERP enterprise information resource management system in 2000.And built the industry's only automated intelligent warehouse in 2006.
Our factory has advanced, accurate, complete experimental equipment for the testing and testing of product.Pass CNAS and NIKE certification.

Based on standardized management, the factory has successively passed: ISO9001 in 1999,TS16949 in 2010,ISO14001 in 2005 environmental management system certification etc.

As the China synthetic leather industry leader, we’re in the front of industry chain. With the complete industrial chain including PU synthetic leather, Microfiber synthetic leather, fabric substrate, PU resin slurry, chemical agent etc.

Factory 2-in Guangdong

It was established on June 2, 2017,The total investment was reached 500 million yuan with 8 production lines include both dry and wet.
The factory is a modernization, informatization, automation and standardization enterprise integrating research and development, production, and sales of PU synthetic leather, a new environmental protection material encouraged by the state.  
The company's completed construction projects,  specifications and standards for plant design and construction; automation and intelligence of machinery and equipment, are in a leading position in the domestic industry; environmental protection facilities are at the leading level in the country. Based on standardized management, the factory has successively passed: ISO9001:2015 quality management system, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification, ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system, and is actively preparing to pass the "green factory" certification. Since the completion of the first phase of the project, it has received widespread attention from the domestic industry and has a disruptive and epoch-making significance for the national synthetic leather industry. 

Today, the business philosophy of building a "green factory" is integrated into the corporate management system. With the goal of "creating inspection-free products and becoming a respected company", it writes a new chapter.
