What is solvents-free PU ?

Solvents-free PU or EPU is an upgraded eco-friendly & healthy PU leather with top physical and chemical properties,the structure is stable with 7-15 years hydrolysis resistance.

The process is quite simple,the surface solvents-free PU is made by A+B raw materials mixed,no solvents involved,so the DMFa content can be controlled within 30 PPM, definitely the material can pass the test of REACH, ROHS, oek0, tex100 etc. Comparing with traditional PU leather, solvents-free PU leather can reduce the energy consumption in the production process and no exhaust gas and wastewater generated, so it can fully meet high requirements of environmental protection.
