What is water-based PU ?

Water-based PU or waterborne PU is an upgraded eco-friendly & healthy PU leather with top properties,the structure is stable with over 7 years hydrolysis resistance.

The surface is water-based PU resin without solvents,so the DMFa content is zero and the material can pass the test of REACH, ROHS, oek0, tex100 etc. Comparing with traditional PU leather, DMFa free water-based PU leather can reduce the energy consumption in the production process and no exhaust fumes and wastewater generated, so it can fully meet high requirements of environmental protection.
